DELIVERY & RETURNS

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The name of the payer noted on the website must match the actual payer who is transferring money, and the exact amount must also match.

Customers must transfer the amount within 3 days, and it may take some more time for us to verify the payment if the name noted on our website is different from the actual payer. 

If you need to cancel only some part your credit card payment after making a payment through credit card, it is easier if the customer calls our customer service center.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Seoul Premier uses Logen Delivery service (02-412-9877).

(We also deliver directly if you order from Seoul, South Korea).

There will be a 2,500KRW delivery fee and there may be some extra charge for islands or mountain areas.  Depending on the product, shipping will take around 3~7 business days, and the shipping may be delayed due to our subcontracting company’s circumstances.

If the product shipment gets delayed, our customer service team will contact you.  Bundle shipment will be a default if several products are ordered at once, but it might help us to ship the products in a bundle shipment more quickly if you write down the bundle shipment request on the comment section. 

Without a special comment of bundle shipment, the products may be shipped separately in order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

You may exchange or refund your product within 7 days of the delivered date. If the product is noted as “non-refundable product”, we will not refund or exchange the product.

Only the products that are notified to the Seoul Premier customer service center are available to be exchanged or refunded, and Seoul Premier is not responsible for the product(s) that are damaged before notified to the customer service center.

 

If the product had a defect or if there is a delivery error, Seoul Premier will take charge of the delivery fee and exchange the product. If the product is out of stock, Seoul Premier will fully refund the product.  (Refund or exchange of the product will not be allowed for the damaged made by the customer)

There will be a 5,000KRW delivery fee for the exchange, and a 2,500KRW delivery fee for a refund. Customer will pay the full delivery fee unless the product contained a defect.

Refund or Exchange of the product is not allowed under the law in the following occasions:

  1. If the customer is responsible for the damage or missing of the product (exceptional case: if the customer has opened the packaging to check the inside content).

  2. The value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's usage.

  3. If the product was custom made.

NOTICE

If the tag is removed or damaged, refund or exchange of the product will not be allowed.

Even if there is no damage to the product, refund or exchange of the product will not be allowed if the product was washed or repaired. 

Depending on the way of measuring method, the size of the product may be little different from the standard size. Also, the color of the product may differ depending on the customer's monitor setting and specification.

The damage of the product due to the washing will not be eligible for refund or exchange of the product and Seoul Premier is not responsible for such action, so it is crucial for the customer to study how to launder the product.

There may be a slight difference in pattern design and its location on the product from the image on our website.
